2021 MOQBA Fall Championship
December 11, 2021 at Columbia College
The Missouri Quizbowl Alliance hosted the sixth MOQBA Fall Championship on December 11, 2021 at Columbia College in Columbia. After the superplayoffs, College Heights Christian A, Parkway West, and St. Joseph Central were tied at 2-1. After playing off the tie, College Heights repeated as champions of the 2021 MOQBA Fall Championship, with Parkway West taking second and Central third. Fair Grove earned their first MOQBA Fall Championship small school title, finishing in fourth overall.
