We will be using 15 point powers and -5 point negs, and bonuses will rebound.

The field is limited to 18 teams, which will be divided into preliminary pools for five morning rounds. After lunch, all teams will be rebracketed into championship and consolation pools for four afternoon rounds. The pool format could change depending on the final number of teams, but all teams should expect to play eight or nine rounds.
